Explore the relationship between two quantitative variables. Pick the X (predictor) and Y (response) variables to see the scatterplot and its best-fit regression line.

Regression line — the best-fit line through the points. Its equation (ŷ = a + b·x), the correlation r, and R² appear below the plot.
Predict a response — drag the point along the line, or type a value of x in the "Predict at x₀" box, to read off the predicted y at that x. A purple guide traces it to each axis. Predicting a little beyond the data is allowed, with a note that it's an extrapolation (and less reliable).
Other options — you can also add a LOESS smoother, a residual plot, or (optional) confidence & prediction bands.
